Chilled and slow paced work environment with little workload and responsibility

Absolute lack of professional skills in running the office staff. Very lazy and immature management from the board who can't detect dysfunctional behavior of some employees, they facilitate some over others based on personal preference. The direction is generally intimidated and scared by his own staff: they display paranoid attitude by placing CCTV cameras even where not needed, not feeling at ease if they hear staff not speaking English even during unpaid break time and embarrassingly fearing staff might go to work for their competitors.

The company is very open to suggestions when it comes to business/system development and the directors are very approachable . Very relaxed working enviroment, with semi-flexible working hours. Lots of training opportunities to help both futher the business and your career.

The offices are currently split between two locations (approx. 10 mins drive).
