Horrible toxic environment - Pharmacy Technician Performrx Employee Review

Negative, punitive culture. Very elitist attitude , you have supervisor that monitors your calls and management team, but rarely get to interact with them, unless you make some noise. You get a headset that must be attached to the phone and does not have a option for wireless, so that means you must use the bathroom on your lunch or breaks if you have to go outside of those times too bad hold it, and if you complain you will be told " its call center" I quit their are better jobs out there
