I worked at this company for a short time, i did not enjoy it all! I feel i was tricked into starting with this company. Some of the people were so nice working there and i feel they have been tricked just like me. We basically stand in a Tim Hortons all day signing people for a credit card.

There were so many negatives working here, starting work at 7am and working until after 5pm, very long days and it was all commission pay so sometimes these people who always seemed positive but still only made $30 per day. They made you hang out with them after work and stay in the office later to which i found weird.

From the begining, the company is clear with applicants. Performance Xchange is based on merit which means that you have to know what you want and earn it. It's a great opportunity to learn and develop your sales and management skills.
