Client work can vary immensely in project work, hours, obligations, etc. However, there are opportunities to receive additional support or discuss workload with management. There are fewer opportunities for employee to employee engagement for those who are supporting clients outside of major regions that have several employees.

Your coworkers here are great people, fun to work with, and fun to hang out with outside of work. You have opportunities to travel, work in pharma, med device, cleaning val, building val, etc. As a woman, it was nice to come into a company that is not primarily male. I would say there is almost an even split between male and female coworkers. As a new grad, it is also refreshing to come into a company that is relatively young. They value life outside of work and are always willing to work with you.

Base salary is on the lower side for an engineer and work at client sites can be slow at times.
