You feel like your voice matters. Plenty of training – As a training provider, they really encourage staff to keep learning and developing their skills. Meaningful work – It’s rewarding to see the difference you're making in learners’ lives and to support local businesses. Room to grow – While progression can be a bit slow at times, there are still opportunities to move up or expand your role if you’re proactive. Positive atmosphere – Overall, a good place to work if you enjoy helping others and being part of a supportive team.
