If you work hard, you will get notice and promoted for putting in 100% +. they always try to find a way if possible to keep everybody without laying them off. I got to learn management skills and take on bigger tasks.
Cons
not having the proper tools to get the job done correctly. People not held accountable for their actions, which led to making situations worse at times.
