Pros
Some of the best people I have ever worked with. When times are good everyone is treated well. Good work-life balance. I felt that my direct manager always had my back. Seemed to be back on track after some shake-ups in upper management.
Cons
Company has no direction. There response to the economic down-turn was to fire half of their outside sales force. They then wondered why sales dropped off. For a while, nepotism was running amuck. That seemed to have improved.
