Pros

Great coworkers , PTO if you can actually take the days and not lose them at the end of the year , due to being understaffed I lost a week vacation

Cons

Company provides the same products as their competitors but charges 10-20% more to cover inflated costs due to corporate structuring. Warranties are not always covered due to meeting operation budget. Every single aspect of this business is to protect the bottom line by any means necessary. Employees are not compensated accordingly as one employee has been with the company for 8 years and makes under $20k year. Parts are sold after being returned due to not fitting and continues a vicious cycle of providing the incorrect part and unhappy customers. Typical corporates slave driving culture that rewards the few at the top of the chain and exploits the hourly employees. Do yourself a fair and support independent franchises such as 1800 Radiator or locally owned company such as The Parts House
