Pros
you learn the in's and out's on how to run a store and how to work with customers. you can make your own schedule to meet your jobs demands, chose your own days off. schedule people the way you want.
Cons
lack of communication, to much gossiping, no incentives or bonuses for the employees, and the bonuses for the managers are not even worth all the work. district managers are not open to peoples problem, especially how they treat they're management below them. no idea how much budget there was for the store payouts or other items. Some stores are old and need major restoration.
