      Pros

      Great place to learn about composite manufacturing. A lot of room for improvement. Is a small company so your work will always be noticed.

      Cons

      Small company with low salary standards, very few processes are standarized, very low safety measurements. No training or room to learn new skills.

      Pros

      Friendly people, easy going atmosphere, trainers took time to show trainees how to do the job appropriately.

      Cons

      Felt used by the company because as a temp I was used to catch up on back orders then released from the company along with all the other temp employees. Hot to work there and stinky when machines were cleaned out, the machines were not exhausted well.
