      Pros

      The dealership is family owned and operated. Very hard to find dealerships like that especially in South Florida. Since we are family owned, we are closed on Sundays. They also promote within the company so plenty of opportunity to grow!

      Pros

      Coworkers, and the managers give you so much freedom. You can just drive new cars all day when its slow. Also a lot of bonus opportunities.

      Cons

      Takes a while to make money. No hourly only commission. You get a draw pay but then you have to pay it back with the money you make. VERY LONG WORK HOURS. Will practically be your new home.
