Stupid high turnover rate (Entire training classes being let go within weeks of being hired. 3 months into working there I was the last member of my taining class) Toxic managers (Telling employees they're worthless, pathetic,stupid. Generally unprofessional.) Training is deplorable (We were told to be hostile to business owners and to act like we're a bank or bill collectors calling these people.) The job itself is kind of crazy. Cold calling business phone numbers that are literally pulled from yelp and the yellow pages. Everyone is calling the same numbers in the same regions and cities. Literally calling the same businesses multiple times a day, sometimes by the same employees. You get sent home if you don't set an appointment by 3:30, no matter how hard you've been working that day.
