      Friendly environment, free coffees and snacks.

      Cons

      As software developer in Belgrade salary are really low compared to the average in the city. From a point of view of career there is no way to increase your position and knowledges because you will never be in position to learn and be in a challenging situation. Repetitive tasks and old tech stack. The only two persons that have challenges and work on nice tasks are the two team leaders. The Managing Director Dejan Milosavljevic is that kind of persons who try to show interest in his employees with lot of promises and empty words but in fact never satisfy basic requests and even promises salary increase that in fact will not happen.

      Pros

      Currently, the agency is undergoing a transformation process to a more contemporary and modern organization. There are many positive approaches and thoughts initiated by the employees. Employees are given attention and respect.

      Cons

      Due to the transformation process, a lot of things seem to be in disarray. Sometimes there are also unnecessarily complicated processes. IT is slow and not very employee-centric. In general, PM is inflexible in terms of the hardware that is best for the user. Some of the software is also very old, but has been rolled out "for months".

      Pros

      As far as i know there is no stress in company, we have plenty time to do out jobs. Also company hosts grill or something else from time to time. Salary in developer department is good compared to other companies in Lublin. Company provide necessary tools to working ex. PC, desk, IDE( everyone can choice theirs favorite) VS Code, NetBeans, PHPStorm

      Cons

      In Performance there is only one type of employment, HQ in Lublin is placed in outskirts of Lublin. Traveling from time to time to Warsaw.
