Pros

I would say the pros very minimal which are usually standard any other company.

Cons

The GM Kenny Miller has no problem working you to death. He will make sure to milk the life force out of you for the very cheapest labor rate with absolutely no empathy for working people. Their success is due to them lowballing every other company expecting the tech to do twice as much work in half the time while the sales staff mooches off of hard work of the tradesmen. Also he has cultivated toxic cutthroat culture.

Pros

I really enjoy working at Performance Mechanical Group. It is a very caring and family friendly company, always there to support you any way they can. Everyone works well together and always puts in a team effort. I have been blessed with many great opportunities working for PMG and wake up thankful every day for what the Company has brought to my life!

Cons

Never enough parking at the office!

Pros

Plenty of Overtime as an unofficial requirement.

Cons

Plenty of Cons. It's a meat grinder. They want employees who keep their head down and work without commitments outside of work. If you can work 60 + hours a week this is the place for you. My skill-set was completely overlooked as no one could recognize it even after I made it perfectly clear to the interviewer that I was NOT a PM technician. All I did for a month and half is change filters and belts and they didn't like it when I would notify them I was done for the week or the day. They said I should ask to go home; not tell them. I got let go for not being willing to work the "Mandatory" 10 hour days. I'm a professional, not a child. After 42-44 hours of maintenance's it's fair to allow an overqualified guy to go home with nothing critical in the hopper.
