      This is one of the few avenues left where an individual can make a bit more than average to support an above average standard of living.

      Cons

      The hours are difficult as it is really a nightshift/dayshift hybrid until one has been there somewhere around 5 years.

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
