      Pros

      If you are a go getter, the pay (production pay) can be excellent. I've found there are plenty of hours available and you can do other jobs to get overtime if you want to work longer hours. It's fast paced, but relatively simple.

      Cons

      It's physically demanding, and you will be sore. You won't get paid the big bucks right away, you have to get comfortable with the workload and the pick paths first.

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
