Pros

I've worked out of 2 locations and I loved every team I worked with in each department. My supervision was there for me, contributed to my growth and development, was willing to work with me when difficult situations came about. The benefits are decent, and now they're available day 1. When I started they were not day 1. Managers take accountability for their team and themselves. I've always felt supported and appreciated. If you have the health insurance, there's opportunity to earn free money towards your HSA by participating in company led biometric screenings. Merit increases, I've even had managers fighting for me to get a higher increase than normal because of how hard I worked or being eligible sooner for one. In my experience, a lot of senior leaders really care about your growth or how they can improve. A lot of teams/coworkers really care about eachother.

Cons

You typically end up wearing a lot of hats. The turnover for warehouse is atrocious. The merit increases aren't very high, it's one of those roles that you'd get a significant pay rise by going to another company, especially in office roles.
