      Pros

      Atmosphere around those I'm around is great, and makes for me to want to work harder. Problem is, training could be far better for positions.

      Cons

      Training for new positions is very lackadaisical. Upper level is very nonchalant about expressing benefits, especially having a baby, and wanting to know paternity leave.

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
