      Pros

      Great work atmosphere and great benefits package. Leadership is wonderful. They care about their employees as a whole and I live it there.

      Cons

      Some days are longer than others and the pay can be a little better. Could use free snacks for the employees in the break room to snack on.

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
