      I have a lot of freedom with my position. Everyone is very laid back and easy going

      A lot of men in power positions. There are only a few women that work as VPs or Executives.

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
