      The pay is great. Can’t deny that.

      Cons

      The company drains you. If you’re a hard worker, they WILL juice you. Loooooong days and horrible routing.

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
