      Good pay but that's it

      Cons

      They say they train you but they don't. They will fire you without warning or notice, when you didn't even know you were doing anything wrong. They expect you to work during your off time in the logs, but then want you drive out on another job immediately after a shift(because legally it looks like you were off the clock on your log)

      Management and good culture. Co workers are great and management listens to concerns

      Not many that I know of. Great job overall

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
