Pros
There never a lack of opportunities to pursue. Between growing existing business both top and bottom line, and bringing on new business, I keep very busy.
Cons
Not enough support for my scoop. The industry standard per multi unit account manager is much lower than what I currently manage. I would like to see the responsibility balanced out to insure the highest level of results.
