Good people to work with that really care. I have been able to advance in the company and believe that those who work hard and consider everyone can do the same. The core of the company is strong and management cares about the employees. Have a lot of freedom to make the job my own and make a difference. People rely on you and that means you are more than a number here.

Not the best place to be if you are not a self-starter. Less training than is necessary for people with less initiative.
