Pros

My experience with PDC as an international employee has been truly meaningful and enriching. From the very beginning, PDC provided me with a supportive and welcoming environment that allowed me to grow both professionally and personally. Throughout my journey at PDC, I was able to gain valuable skills, expand my knowledge, and build confidence in my work. The organization genuinely invests in people and encourages continuous learning, which made a significant impact on my development. Beyond professional growth, PDC also introduced me to the beauty of Malaysian culture. I had the opportunity to learn, experience, and appreciate the values, traditions, and warmth of Malaysia, making my time at PDC even more special and memorable. I would also like to sincerely acknowledge the CEO, En Azman Shah, who is an exceptional and inspiring leader. His vision, guidance, and approachable leadership style create a positive work environment. He leads with integrity, empathy, and clarity, motivating everyone to perform at their best. Lastly, I am truly grateful for the amazing and supportive team at PDC. My colleagues are professional, kind, and always willing to help. Working alongside such a collaborative and dedicated team made my experience both enjoyable and fulfilling. Overall, PDC has been an incredible place to work, learn, and grow. I am thankful for the opportunities, support, and unforgettable experiences I gained during my time here.

Cons

One aspect that stood out during my time at PDC was the fast-paced and dynamic work environment, which encouraged continuous learning and adaptability. While this required me to step out of my comfort zone at times, it ultimately became a valuable opportunity to grow, improve my skills, and gain new perspectives. As an international employee, adapting to new processes and a different working culture was a learning experience. However, the supportive guidance from management and the teamwork across departments made the transition seamless and rewarding. This environment helped me become more confident, flexible, and open-minded in my approach to work. Overall, what could be seen as a challenge turned into a positive learning journey, contributing to both my professional development and personal growth.

Pros

1. Having this company on my resume has been a benefit. They are well-regarded in the industry, and the experience gained here provides a strong foundation for future career moves especially for having a similar background it gives more strength 2. Strong sense of community and a "familial" atmosphere among the staff. The company-hosted dinners and sports gatherings were a highlight, providing a fun and genuine way to bond with colleagues outside of the office. It is a great environment for those who value social connection with their coworkers.

Cons

1. Inflexible break structure. Lunch hours are strictly regulated and staggered among the staff, leaving less room for personal preference or professional networking during the midday break. 2. Facilities: The office resources require modernization - specifically, computers need updating or up-to-date, proper individual desk 3. The prayer room facilities are currently inadequate and would benefit significantly from a dedicated, upgraded space to better support staff needs.
