you will meet some great people, but be prepared to be stabbed in the back. No room for growth unless you are related to someone in management, under-qualified, or do a poor job.
Cons
This company has fallen apart over the last 3 years. I have worked over 7 years with this company and it doesn't matter how loyal you are to them, if you are not a "Yes" man, you will not last. They do not like change, or outsiders, and will treat you like a dog. You can make a ton of money for them, but if they want a family member (who doesn't have a clue about construction) to take your place, you are out of there. They do not give their talent the option to grow in the company and advance. Instead, the poorer the job performance, or the more dishonest and disloyal you are, the higher up you go.
