      Leadership always isn’t what anyone wants very who you know but gave a fair shake nevertheless

      It’s who you know not what you know- bunch of fake journeyman’s buying books making your same money- no big deal considering it’s a easy job inside- away from the elements

      Pros

      Great company with great ESOP program - although construction can be extremely high stress. You have to be a certain type of person to excel.

      Cons

      It is easy to be overloaded with work. Sometimes it can be slow but at times it can be way too much. Pray the people you directly work with will make your life easier and not harder or else you will be in hell.
