      company as a whole has wonderful benefits, corporate is extremely helpful.

      Cons

      the specific LA office is toxic mainly the office staff. The manager knows specific people are toxic and continues to turn a bind eye or pretend like its not an issue. they're bullies.

      Pros

      Great company with great ESOP program - although construction can be extremely high stress. You have to be a certain type of person to excel.

      Cons

      It is easy to be overloaded with work. Sometimes it can be slow but at times it can be way too much. Pray the people you directly work with will make your life easier and not harder or else you will be in hell.
