      -Definitely lots of work and will keep you busy if no work is available -Excellent Safety Culture -Opportunities to travel and make a lucrative career -Lots of extra giveaways( shirts, jackets, coolers, parties, etc.)

      Cons

      -Not much room for advancement if valued in the field -Not willing to provide merit based raises -People that fail get promoted

      Pros

      Great company with great ESOP program - although construction can be extremely high stress. You have to be a certain type of person to excel.

      Cons

      It is easy to be overloaded with work. Sometimes it can be slow but at times it can be way too much. Pray the people you directly work with will make your life easier and not harder or else you will be in hell.
