      If you work here you will make lots of money and retire well

      Cons

      This will require 5 days a week 10 hours a day minimum even if there not that much work to do. Gets boring and including 9.5 hours of sitting.

      Pros

      Great company with great ESOP program - although construction can be extremely high stress. You have to be a certain type of person to excel.

      Cons

      It is easy to be overloaded with work. Sometimes it can be slow but at times it can be way too much. Pray the people you directly work with will make your life easier and not harder or else you will be in hell.
