      Benefits are great for the company once you become salary, and feel the company over all does have the employees best interest in heart.

      Cons

      It’s the branch level that is the problem and it leadership structure. If I could of transfer to another branch I would of stayed instead of leaving. Management lie and degrade you and intimidate you to the point of mental strain

      Pros

      Great company with great ESOP program - although construction can be extremely high stress. You have to be a certain type of person to excel.

      Cons

      It is easy to be overloaded with work. Sometimes it can be slow but at times it can be way too much. Pray the people you directly work with will make your life easier and not harder or else you will be in hell.
