      Always had work. Happy to invest in good people. Saftey is actually their top priority. They mean it.

      Cons

      Ironically enough saftey can be very overbearing. Some foreman can play favorites but that happens everywhere.

      Pros

      Great company with great ESOP program - although construction can be extremely high stress. You have to be a certain type of person to excel.

      Cons

      It is easy to be overloaded with work. Sometimes it can be slow but at times it can be way too much. Pray the people you directly work with will make your life easier and not harder or else you will be in hell.
