The management is knowledgeable and works with you to train you in the areas you need it most. And I feel respected as a person here as well, everybody is upfront and honest and accountability is huge here. Even when management makes a mistake they own up to it and don’t put everything on the techs. And they provide ALL! Of your tools… except for wire strippers pretty much. The pay is fair

You can’t take the vans home. If you break your tools they won’t replace them. It’s a small place right now

Management is always understanding. Set clear expectations, quidelines, what goals you should hit by when, etc. Will help you get certifications if some technicians do not have them. Management is always caring about how you are doing. (This is the type of company, where you actually get to enjoy what your doing and are rewarded for doing well.)
