Excellent management team and marketing strategy. Boss is a good guy. Executives have lots of freedom to pursue ideas and make an impact. Pay is excellent for the size company.

The hours can be long and travel can be greater than 50% for sales or consultants. Management assumes that staff is comfortable with some risk for a higher upside in salary.

Great culture! Only about 30 employees so you get to know almost everyone even if they do not work in your department. Being able to work on a lot of really cool projects within my own community such as St. Norbert College and the Nicolet National bank downtown and Lambeau Field. During the summer time everyone is able to take half days every Friday and there is a station of free snacks, candy and beverages available to all employees.

The business is in the process of growing so everyone is busy. Sometimes your work load will require you work weekends, but I think that is pretty normal.
