      Flexible work environment. Positive co-workers despite negative work environment. Constant influx and variety of work contracts.

      Issues with frequent lay offs and employee turnover. Horizontal work hierarchy with few opportunities to advance. Lack of vision in upper management. Culture of divisiveness and lack of internal support whenever client issues surface.

      Fun location in Old Town Alexandria. No making people wear suits--casual dress code. Nice coworkers who are fun to hang out with after work.

      Cons

      Reluctant to pay people what they're worth and give raises or bonuses. There are no training or professional development opportunities.
