I worked with Perform Partners on a complex integration programme spanning AWS, Kafka, Salesforce, and third-party systems. The team was collaborative and supportive. I appreciated the level of trust and autonomy given to deliver the work. Communication was clear, and the community aspect of Perform Partners is a strong positive. As with many integration-heavy programmes. There were challenges around evolving requirements and dependencies across multiple stakeholders, but the team remained pragmatic and adaptable to deliver value and high-quality outcomes! Overall, an excellent experience and I'd be happy to work with them again.

A genuinely human workplace with little ego and lots of trust. People listen, care about each other, and want to do great work in the right way. There's been investment in development, wellbeing, inclusion, and flexibility because it truly mattered, not because it sounded good. Like any consultancy, there are busy periods, but there’s honesty, kindness, and support when things get tough. Perform Partners is a special place. I’m hugely grateful for the opportunity and I’ll always be proud of the culture we built together and the incredible people who bring it to life every day. If you want to do meaningful work with thoughtful, down-to-earth people and help shape something rather than just inherit it, this could be the place for you.
