There’s no best reason to be here. Only 1 thing I can point is that HR and management is good at writing Glass door reviews. They has written it to their best.
Cons
One have to work for 24 hours and still get peanuts. Management discussions are personal harassments. And HR is just a clerical role, to implement what the CEO and other management guys puke. Appraisals is pathetic. Company doesn’t have a culture. It’s like any other startup company. Very biased environment. Who ever is here thinking you’ll reach space one day, pls stop dreaming and leave. Else you’ll become a stranger to your own family. Now you can see there will be 2 good reviews on top of this review. They’re good at this only.
