Indecisive company with an abusive CEO - Sales Representative Perfint Healthcare Employee Review

Extremely poor reputation in Market, Failed Products, Abusive CEO who doesn't considers suggestions. The Co-Founder left the company without proper information and joined another Med-Tech Company. CEO is the present Sales Head, who basically doesn't understands the process of Sales at all. Entire Sales Force lacks morale as he is abusive. Untimely payment of salary. Low salary and has high expectation. The only person ruining this company is its CEO who makes premature decisions and wrong estimates about market. They wont pay for months indicating cash crunch.
