Pros

I wanted to provide you with an honest and candid assessment of my experience at Perfecta Federal. Unfortunately, after careful consideration, I regret to say that I am unable to identify any significant pros or positive aspects within the company.

Cons

Poor Management: Ineffective leadership, lack of communication, and an unsupportive management style can lead to disengagement and frustration among employees. Toxic Work Culture: A negative work culture characterized by gossip, backstabbing, or bullying can harm employee well-being and productivity. High Turnover Rate: Frequent employee turnover indicates dissatisfaction and could be a sign of deeper issues within the company. Lack of Work-Life Balance: Demanding work schedules, unreasonable expectations, and a lack of support for work-life balance can lead to burnout and decreased job satisfaction. Discrimination and Harassment: A company with a history of discrimination or harassment fosters an unsafe and hostile environment for its employees. Unfair Compensation and Benefits: Inadequate pay, unequal pay practices, and insufficient benefits can lead to employee dissatisfaction and attrition. Poor Employee Development and Training: Neglecting employee growth opportunities can result in skill stagnation and disengagement. Ineffective Communication: Lack of clear communication channels or a failure to listen to employee feedback can lead to misunderstandings and decreased trust. Low Employee Morale: Negative attitudes, lack of recognition, and a failure to appreciate employees' efforts can lead to low morale. Ethical Issues: Engaging in unethical practices, such as dishonesty, bribery, or environmental negligence, can harm a company's reputation and legal standing.

Pros

Great team and a fun mix of product development, network architectures and network operations. Working for Perfecta is more than just acquiring customers, using new technology and growing revenue. Our mission is broader... create solutions to help those in harm's way and build upon our legacy with contributions that bring daily pride to our employee veterans.

Cons

Perfecta is a fast-paced work environment that is security-focused and network-centric. Our team members have a firm understanding of the OSI stack, Linux and firewall. If you love security, networking, and Linux, Perfecta is the place for you. For those without that understanding and passion for networking, it can be challenging at times.

Pros

Great people-everyone willing to work collaboratively and hard to benefit the company. Often the idea and direction of a project changed dramatically but most everyone would pitch in and save the day . Fun ideas for occasional get together's and build up morale-Top Golf, wine events, in house happy hours Great area for lunch/happy hours and morning coffee routine or to chat around the water cooler. Great supplies and rising desks for ergo support.

Cons

Exodus of IT team folks made it un-nerving for rest of employees. Not a lot of feedback from senior management to encourage and ease the rest of us. Loss of servers and senior IT staff familiar with layout made getting work done impossible some days. The constant changes and whims of the CEO, when he was at the office to give direction, were hard to keep up with; senior management did not make it any easier-thought they'd help circumvent the chaos CEO created with his constant changes and lack of focus but they often were putting bandaids on broken legs. It is unfortunate that many of us left, as we worked WELL when we weren't LORDED over. Often time, middle management was able to keep things moving forward, if they weren't jumping through flaming hoops.
