Pros

The office environment is more lively and casual compared to a typical corporate setting.

Cons

The work environment is dominated by toxic positivity, founders are constantly hyping up how great the company is doing and expect employees to mirror that energy, which isn’t realistic. There is little to no diversity, and racial bias is a serious concern. Departments aren’t clearly defined; for example, the finance manager is expected to handle HR, sales, and marketing simultaneously. Feedback is not welcomed; leadership often reacts negatively to questions or suggestions. Growth opportunities are almost nonexistent, and many employees appear to be retained more for personal connections with the founders than merit. While not every individual in the company is difficult, the culture set by leadership makes it hard to thrive. As other reviews point out, it’s strange to see “no cons” listed repeatedly, clearly not the reality.

Pros

Nothing good to say. They just pretend a lot of work is ‘opportunity’

Cons

The founders. They abuse their staff and exploit as much from them as they can. Toxic culture

Pros

Note: did not work here just interview process

Cons

Worth mentioning in their recruitment process they have a culture/ personality test. Some very odd questions, for example feelings/ reactions to AI, and some other odd scenario based q's... (this test took me about 45mins - it doesn't say how long it should roughly take but factor this in when completing it) Initially they seemed really interested in my application, asked for my salary expectations/ notice period, and for me to complete their culture/ personality 'quiz' (they say this is to get to know how you work best, but is defo a test) Clearly I didn't perform well as they then said they were not moving forward with me - this is fine, although for a company that preaches they are a 'people person' type, this seems slightly hypocritical to judge applications by a test! Hope this helps anyone who applies.
