I've built things from scratch that I wouldn't have had the opportunity to touch anywhere else at this stage of my career. The culture is real - a company that walks the walk on its values, and colleagues who actually show up for each other. Growth is rapid and the ambition is infectious. It pushes you to be better.

It's a scale-up, which means things move quickly and can sometimes feel stretched. Processes are still being built, and if you need a fully structured, hand-holding environment, this probably isn't for you. But if you're energised by that kind of pace, the lack of bureaucracy is a feature, not a con.

You're given real ownership from day one and trusted to get on with it. No micromanagement, no siloed working. Everyone shares information freely and collaborates across departments in a way I've never experienced elsewhere. Challenging and fast paced, but that's exactly why it's such good experience.   The people make the place. There's a family dynamic that's real, not performative. I've never worked somewhere where "how can I help" is said so often and actually meant. The team are exceptional and being around them levels you up.    AI is woven into how the business operates too, not as a gimmick but in a way that genuinely removes the busy work and frees you up to do stuff that matters.   The energy is hard to describe until you're in it. People take real pride in their work, love what they're building, and have a genuine hand in shaping it. When you believe in what you're selling it makes all the difference.
