Pros

Support Center leadership will keep you in the loop of what is happening within the Support Center, and you will have plenty of opportunities to learn.

Cons

The Support Center is VERY inflexible, and your time and effort will be taken advantage of. Culture is extremely poor and gets poorer by the day. High turnover, and ever-increasing responsibilities with no change in compensation, benefits, or work-life balance. Gas-lighting is off the hook, and it is not uncommon to feel cut off and disconnected from other departments and peers. Promotion/growth is glacially slow if your values/thoughts are different than those within leadership, and you will eventually hit a ceiling, as those at the director level and above choose to turn a blind eye to the failings of those in management positions below them. The Support Center now operates as a traditional call center, and not an actual Support Center; focus is always on how many tickets you can close and not on actually assisting clients. Support is a toxic department, but outside of the department, your experience may vary.

Pros

The mission is real — we're not just selling software, we're improving outcomes for patients and the healthcare workers who care for them. My teammates are passionate, purpose-driven people who are here to make a difference, and that energy is contagious. The company equips you with the tools you need to actually do your job well rather than setting you up to struggle. Work-life balance is genuinely respected here, not just talked about, and when you perform, the company recognizes it — both financially and through real advancement opportunities. Promotions feel earned and attainable.

Cons

Communication from management can be inconsistent at times, which occasionally creates confusion around priorities or direction. Additionally, not all hospital systems have the internal governance structures in place to fully implement and adopt the applications — this can make success feel out of your hands at times. That said, it's also an opportunity to become a trusted advisor and help clients build toward better outcomes.
