Let us first thank you for being part of our team and for the many, many contributions you've no doubt made in your time at PerfectServe. Our customer support team is crucial to our business, and we appreciate all of you tremendously.
No matter the department, we're always evaluating current policies and procedures to make sure they meet the needs of the moment. We're a tech company through and through, so the notion of continuous improvement is always top of mind. When we make changes to these policies, it's typically with an eye toward increasing transparency, clarity, and equity for our team members. We try our best, but as we've said in so many other responses here on Glassdoor, we realize there's always room for improvement. Rest assured that none of these decisions are made lightly.
