Pros

PerfectServe has so many things to be listed here as a "pro". To start: The team - As a whole, incredible. It's been a long time since I worked for an organization with such passionate and dedicated people. Everyone within the org is truly dedicated to the advancement of our clients ability to serve its patients and produce positive healthcare outcomes. Leadership - Far more often than is acceptable, companies have leaders that are not focused on their employees, work life balance and the right things that drive results. At PerfectServe, the leadership team is doing exactly what they should to maintain a proper and safe work environment. The level of collaboration is second to none, with leaders leaning on employees at all levels for ideas and improvements that can be made. Amazing job. Overall - I couldn't be more proud to be a part of this company.

Cons

Its the tech space and if your not focused on innovation, your falling behind. Our Product and Development team does a great job with what they have. In order to continue playing in the space while maintaining market share, we need to innovate more. This is less of a con and more of a general comment about the industry as a whole.

Pros

The mission is real — we're not just selling software, we're improving outcomes for patients and the healthcare workers who care for them. My teammates are passionate, purpose-driven people who are here to make a difference, and that energy is contagious. The company equips you with the tools you need to actually do your job well rather than setting you up to struggle. Work-life balance is genuinely respected here, not just talked about, and when you perform, the company recognizes it — both financially and through real advancement opportunities. Promotions feel earned and attainable.

Cons

Communication from management can be inconsistent at times, which occasionally creates confusion around priorities or direction. Additionally, not all hospital systems have the internal governance structures in place to fully implement and adopt the applications — this can make success feel out of your hands at times. That said, it's also an opportunity to become a trusted advisor and help clients build toward better outcomes.
