Pros

•Im proud to work at PerfectServe to make a difference in the lives of patients and the people who take care of them •PerfectServe helps me balance my life and career by honoring both US and Canadian holidays together with paid time off •Technical solutions and teams without big tech attitudes •Remote work whenever possible •Autonomy and flexibility in how I do my work •My direct leadership wants me to succeed

Cons

•PerfectServe is still a small company, that allows flexibility, but also opportunities for process improvement •Because there are multiple legacy products, different teams operate in siloes with unique cultures that do not feel inclusive •Challenging to build culture and relationships in a fully remote environment •Company strategy can be difficult to understand

We really appreciate this feedback. We agree with your advice. Integrating four companies hasn't been easy, but we believe we continue to make progress in this area. As part of our 2023 strategic planning & execution process, we are being very deliberate with how we include all leaders in the process in an effort to drive alignment throughout the company. -PerfectServe PeopleOps Team

Pros

The mission is real — we're not just selling software, we're improving outcomes for patients and the healthcare workers who care for them. My teammates are passionate, purpose-driven people who are here to make a difference, and that energy is contagious. The company equips you with the tools you need to actually do your job well rather than setting you up to struggle. Work-life balance is genuinely respected here, not just talked about, and when you perform, the company recognizes it — both financially and through real advancement opportunities. Promotions feel earned and attainable.

Cons

Communication from management can be inconsistent at times, which occasionally creates confusion around priorities or direction. Additionally, not all hospital systems have the internal governance structures in place to fully implement and adopt the applications — this can make success feel out of your hands at times. That said, it's also an opportunity to become a trusted advisor and help clients build toward better outcomes.
