Hello! Thanks for taking the time to write a review for us. We love hearing from employees, and we take all feedback very seriously. We're so glad you've experienced our supportive culture firsthand. One of the main reasons PerfectServe has been around for 25 years is that our team members understand that we all succeed when one of us succeeds, and that attitude is pervasive throughout all departments. We were all new at some point, and it's imperative that we continue to onboard team members in a way that allows them to learn, grow, and get to know others at a comfortable pace. Regarding your other feedback, it goes without saying that transparency is important for employees to feel connected to a business. We host interactive bi-weekly all hands meetings (for the whole company) and once-a-month "commercial" meetings (including all of sales and marketing) to make sure the line of communication from our leadership team is always open. We also welcome and encourage all employees to talk with their managers at any time if they have questions or need clarity about company strategies and objectives. Compensation is also a very important subject, and while every discussion about this topic is different, we can assure you that we always want our employees to feel like their pay is commensurate with their work. Again, we welcome anyone with this concern to talk to their manager or even a member of the People Ops team. We'd rather hear from you than let you be frustrated in silence!

Pros

The mission is real — we're not just selling software, we're improving outcomes for patients and the healthcare workers who care for them. My teammates are passionate, purpose-driven people who are here to make a difference, and that energy is contagious. The company equips you with the tools you need to actually do your job well rather than setting you up to struggle. Work-life balance is genuinely respected here, not just talked about, and when you perform, the company recognizes it — both financially and through real advancement opportunities. Promotions feel earned and attainable.

Cons

Communication from management can be inconsistent at times, which occasionally creates confusion around priorities or direction. Additionally, not all hospital systems have the internal governance structures in place to fully implement and adopt the applications — this can make success feel out of your hands at times. That said, it's also an opportunity to become a trusted advisor and help clients build toward better outcomes.
