      Perfecthome was easy going with an open environment and an approachable management. Work was always about change and moving forward.

      Cons

      Business was reliant on venture capital. Unfortunately VC decided not to continue and funds ran out.

      -Good rapport with other Associates

      Cons

      -No Morals sales tactics -Dictator Management (I couldn't bend over backwards enough even with very good sales numbers in 3 weeks to get off base wages and into solid commission) -Click based Manager: great attitude & massive effort didn't matter: Female favoritism
