Pros
Niche experience within an everchanging industry. Credit cards and the technology involved in innovating, creating, and personalizing is truly astonishing. Very rewarding work producing a consistent, high quality product and meeting client, vendor and end user needs.
Cons
In recent years PPP really modernized certain aspects of the work experience, which were starting to lag behind. Remote/flexible work, virtual meeting enhancements etc. The pandemic expedited some of the change, but there is always room for continuous improvement.
