Now i am the manager handling a good team in the same company .. company will never disappoint a employee .. self motivated team driven by excellent balanced director .. company will recognise the team members hard work and they will pay the rewards and recognition .. company's best part is we can get hike 2 times in a year . it is not possible all over in the market .. one thing even if make good business to the company if you are not honest and punctual company will kick you out after giving proper warnings and memos .. its a place where do hard work and grab the benefits , nothing is paid here in free of cost ..
