Pros
No ot, people can leave the company on sharp On Friday marketers can leave an hour early I think they pay is ok, but probably many things sucks so that’s why they need to pay higher to attract people That’s all
Cons
I think the good reviews in the Glassdoor are fake, created by the hr?? -Onboarding experience is bad, was very confusing, no one tells you when was lunch time, no one cares about you, lots of company policy you need to find out by yourself -Cuz horrible culture, toxic environment -Senior colleagues act like they wanted to teach new comers, but they don’t actually, all not friendly at all -They don’t care about new comers if they are able to learn and develop in the role, if they made mistakes, they will just blame you instead of trying to teach and help -Fire new comers who couldn’t meet their kpis (but they don’t even spend time to teach and support, and they expect you can do it?!) -No team spirit at all, seniors are just mean for no reasons -The direction for the marketing team is bad, everything is a mess, wants innovation but always ends up the same old idea -Benefits are bad, awfully little paid sick leave days for employees, less than 5 days per year, or they deduct from your allowances if you take a sick leave which you can hardly imagine from a big listed company -heard that many new comers as many people quit all the time -No wfh at all, doesn’t care employees health being during Covid-19, just continue to go to office even everyone around you got the virus -the HR is horrible, wicked, is super sneaky once you quit beware!!! The hr have a habit to make you comply leave earlier than notice period, but doesn’t want to pay you(illegal!) Heard that everyone who quits most likely have a bad exit experience -the ceo scold people or fires people if he’s in a bad mood -the ceo micromanage everything!!! I’m glad that I left this company asap.
